Meskai has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged during transit, defective, incorrect, or otherwise affected by an issue attributable to the product or fulfillment process. In such cases, Meskai will review the situation and provide appropriate assistance regarding the return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants;
- Custom or personalized products;
- Certain personal care goods;
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is generally to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted and processed, you may place a separate order for the item you prefer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.
To be eligible, the item must generally be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
